We collect the information you share with us through our forms and by email, such as your contact details, information about your home, and your preferences. If you purchase the program, payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
Why we use it
- To review your application and select homes for the complimentary month
- To provide the harmonization service, including updates and photos after sessions
- To communicate with you about your application, your sessions and the full program
- To share your feedback on our website, only if you have agreed, with your name or anonymously, as you choose
We use your data based on your consent, to provide the service you request, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving InHarmoni. We never sell your data.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted service providers for our forms, email, website and payments. Some of them may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Applications that are not selected are deleted within 12 months. Client information is kept for as long as you are a client and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, or to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, including for the use of your feedback. Simply write to [email protected].
